The Boston Bruins and New England Whalers Plates below were issued by Massachusetts ONLY to Players or team officials.  Accordingly they are very difficult to find. The Bruins plate (#16) was for Rick Middleton.  I believe the Whalers plate (#6) was for Thommy Abrahamson (although it says Ron Plumb on the back, but he played before the green/white plates in Mass)
